A lot of great sayings and memories of fathers (and others we love) are interpreted, augmented, edited and embellished by loving children. That’s some of the reason that we love them more, the older we get;
this represents the wisdom of DADS plus the wisdom of his children. I hope the reflections of my children on me grow, enlarge and become lovingly embellished, especially in areas of weaknesses and the times I have been too slow to grow, mature, react, give and share. And may God guide us both/all!
