		<description>I used to say &quot;no you&#039;re not&quot; when my kids apologized and I knew they weren&#039;t sorry. Oh how that crushed their little spirits! Now when I ask them to apologize to each other, I ask them to say why they are sorry, that seems to clarify things for both sides.</description>
